Le Petit Risso is a soft, blue, thermised, cows' milk cheese by Mme. Mireille Trémolière of Laiterie Rissoan at Luc in the Lozère département of Languedoc-Roussillon. The milk comes from Lozère and Ardèche.

Dimensions of cheese: 9cm diameter - 4.5cm height

Maturing: 3 to 4 weeks

Type of cheese: This cheese is a soft, smooth with bluish-green marbling and has a bloomy rind.
