- 50g shelled walnuts
- 100g virgin olive oil
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Place the cheese in the bowl and grate for 10 seconds / Speed progressively 5-10.
- Next, add the remaining ingredients and process at Speed 6.
- Pulverise until you have a homogenous and thick mixture.
