Olde Sussex cheese
Our Olde Sussex is a naturally rinded cheese which is made using a traditional cheddar type recipe. It's open and bouncy texture however, differentiates this cheese from a cheddar, making it an excellent alternative. Olde Sussex has a deep, rich, creamy, yet rather tangy flavour, so is not only a fantastic table cheese but is also excellent for grating and grilling.
This full bodied cheese can be bought as a whole round or can be bought in individual pieces.
4-4.4kgs round or sold in individual pieces
Can be ordered direct from the dairy, see: The Tradition Cheese Dairy
