  • Ländle Räßkäse is produced in Vorarlberg. It is washed with salt water to which red cultures have been added twice a week and is then turned over. It is an integral part of Vorarlberger Käsespätzlemischung, a mixture for making cheese dumplings, a regional speciality. It is a unique product, both visually and in terms of flavour
