Harbourne Blue cheese
Harbourne Blue is a soft, vegetarian, pasteurised goats’ milk artisan cheese, produced by the Ticklemore Cheese Company using local milk. The cheese has a white, crumbly texture and melting texture and a powerful and aromatic flavour.
Matured for around 10 weeks, each cheese weighs 3 kg and is approximately 20 cm in diameter, 15cm tall and has a fat content of 48%. It is made all year round, although it is in short supply during the winter and early spring.
