- 4 fat Cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili oil
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together, mix well and allow to mingle for an hour before re-mixing and serving
