From Cookipedia

A quick and easy meal that is unusual and absolutely delicious.

Mise en place

  • Drain the burrata cheese and leave out of the fridge for four hours before you are going to serve the meal so it can be at room temperature

  1. Pop the meatballs into a silicone tray in the air fryer and cook for 13 minutes at 180° C
  2. Add the soup to a saucepan and bring to a simmer
  3. Drop the spaghetti into a large pan and boil for 8 or 9 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  4. Add the meatballs to the soup and serve by pouring over plates of spaghetti
  5. Cut the burrata in two and pop in top of the meatballs
  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese - yum!
