Eden Valley Organic Brie cheese - General information
Eden Valley Organic Brie is produced by Bob Parmley, Alan Mandle and Maurice Walton of Appleby Creamery Ltd in Appleby-in-Westmorland. It is a soft, pasteurised, organic cows' milk cheese with a bloomy white rind. It is made with vegetarian rennet and has a smooth, supple and creamy interior.

Best Soft Cheese at NW Fine Foods 2010
Silver Medal at the British Cheese Awards 2009
Highly Commended in Soil Association organic awards 2009
