The only place I know that sells duck feet, sell them in 2 kilo bags. I'm sure I'll never need 2 kilos of duck paws!

Method

  1. Bring a small pan half full of water to boil
  2. Blanch ducks feet in water with white wine for a few minutes
  3. Rinse and steam the fermented black beans for 5 minutes
  4. In a frying pan heat up the oil
  5. Saute the onion and black beans until fragrant
  6. Add in the pepper, chili and ducks feet and stir fry until well cooked - about an hour.
  7. Mix in the sauce ingredients
  8. Cook briefly and serve

Serve with rice or noodles
