Crema del Friuli cheese
Crema del Friuli is a fresh, cows' milk cheese with added cream produced in San Martino di Campagna in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It is made for immediate consumption and was introduced onto the market in 1989 for diversification purposes. It is a straw coloured fatty cheese with a sweet flavour and is cylindrical in shape. Weighing 4.5-5kg, it has a height of 5cm and a diameter of 20cm.
