Bon Dormois cheese
Bon Dormois is a soft, cows' milk cheese produced by Ermitage in the Vosges département of the Lorraine region of France. It is a rind-washed cheese which is softer and creamier than Munster. It is delicate on the palate with a sweet and tangy flavour. The ornage rind is coated with a fine layer of white mould. Weighing 200g, each cheese has a diameter of 10cm and a height of 3cm. The fat to dry matter content is 29%.
