Method

  1. Brush both sides of the wedges with olive oil.
  2. Arrange on an oiled barbecue grill on a medium heat.
  3. Cook for 12 minutes, turning so they don't burn too much.
  4. Dot with small pieces of gorgonzola and allow to melt a little.
  5. Serve immediately.
