- 200 g cottage cheese
- 50 g Džiugas cheese
- 2 tablespoons spreadable curd cheese such as Quark
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Mayonnaise (optional)
Method
- Roll the cheese balls in the any of the following:
- Grated Džiugas cheese
- Chopped toasted nuts
- Sesame seeds
- Caraway seeds
Serving suggestions
Serve with a dressed green salad and cherry tomatoes
Variations
Try this with you favourite soft cheese.
If you can't obtain Džiugas cheese, any hard cheese such as Parmesan, would do.
