Method

  1. Peel the butternut squash
  2. Cut in half and remove and discard the seeds
  3. Cut into slices
  4. Rinse well and soak in salted water for 30 minutes if possible
  5. Add the olive oil to your air fryer
  6. Air fry for about 35 minutes or until they start to brown slightly
  7. Keep an eye on them as they 'go over' very quickly once they are done
