| Mix together the [[Mustard|mustard]] and [[Maple syrup|maple syrup]] and pour over the [[Sausage|sausage]] mix. Add the [[Apple|apple]] pieces and [[Sage leaves|sage leaves]] and return to the [[Oven|oven]].
| [[Roast]] for a further 20 minutes then divide up the [[Roast garlic|roast garlic]] and serve the whole lot straight from the tin.
