* Pre Heat [[Oven]] To 200°C/400°F or Gas mark 6.
===Method===

| Combine the Crushed [[Garlic|garlic]], chopped [[Rosemary|rosemary]], [[Butter|butter]] & [[Lemon juice|lemon juice]].
| Part [[Boil|boil]] the [[Potatoes|potatoes]] in [[Salted|salted]] water till two thirds cooked. 
| Drain & leave to cool.
| Lightly dust the cooked [[Potatoes|potatoes]] with the [[Flour|flour]] so they are evenly coated.
| Heat a [[Roasting|roasting]] tin with the [[Olive oil|olive oil]], add the [[Potatoes|potatoes]] then place in the [[Oven|oven]] for approx. 45 minutes until tender.
| Remove the tin, then add the [[Garlic|garlic]], [[Rosemary|rosemary]] and [[Butter|butter]], and gently [[Fry|fry]] for 1 minute until [[Potatoes|potatoes]] are coated.
