Ñoras

Ñoras are dried, round, sweet, red peppers from Murcia in Spain. They are also produced in Extremadura in the west. They are very popular in Catalán and Valencian cusine and are an essential ingredient in Salsa Romesco. It is recommended that they are soaked in cold water for an hour before use.
