Wells Alpine is an artisan, cows’ milk cheese produced by Mrs Temple's Cheeses at Copys Green Farm, Wighton, near Wells-next-the-Sea.
Made from the milk of Brown Swiss cows, the semi-hard cheese has a distinctive nutty flavour and takes 6 months to mature. Also known as Norfolk Alpine, it has an amazingly pretty rind.
