====Origin====
This tomette contains added [[Herbes de Provence|herbes de provence]], [[Grains|grains]] of [[Pepper|pepper]], red [[Berries|berries]], a [[Bay leaf|bay leaf]] and is soaked in [[Olive oil|olive oil]].  It is kept in plastic packaging to [[Preserve|preserve]] freshness. The [[Olive|olive]] [[Oil|oil]] and [[Herbs|herbs]] permeate the fresh [[Cheese|cheese]] slowly, and little by little, reveal all the flavours of Provence.  This gives it a fruity and aromatic aftertaste.

Made from [[Unpasteurised|unpasteurised]] [[Goats' milk|goats' milk]], the soft, fresh [[Cheese|cheese]] weighs 100g and comes from Provence,  It is matured for about 12 days.
