| Cover and gently shake to mix well and coat with [[Oil|oil]]
| In a suitably sized [[Baking tray|baking tray]], make a 'bed' with half of the contents
| Add the [[Fish|fish]], cover with the [[Salami|salami]] slices and cover with the remaining ingredients

===Variations===
Whole [[Fish|fish]] could be used instead of fillets.  Increase the heat to  220° and [[Bake|bake]] for 35 minutes if not using fillets.
