- 150 ml plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons mint sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon mango powder
- ½ teaspoon caster sugar
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl
- Mix well and serve
Serving suggestions
Goes well with any Indian meal. The yogurt helps to alleviate the heat of chillies.
Variations
Leave out the chilli powder.
