Windrush (aka Windrush Valley) is a soft, fresh, pasteurised goats' milk cheese produced by Renee and Richard Loveridge at Pinchpool Farm in Windrush. The milk comes from pedigree British Saanen goats. Made to a traditional French recipe, it is delicious and mild.
The cheese can be bought at farmer’s markets in Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire and online from Wychwood Deli.
