Chris, all sorted now and you will find the page here: http://www.cookipedia.co.uk/wiki/index.php/Lakonia_Olive_Oil . I like the sound of your oil very much and have never tried any Laconian oil. When I have finished my current bottle of Greek oil (Crete), I will try some of yours :-)
