I would love to join your wiki, help contribute and collaborate. I'm a relatively new blogger - at acakeandwine.com and would like to earn a little effort by helping you guys out. You have an amazing resource of recipes and cooking tips / tricks / ideas and I think that if anything I can help edit for content and as an American, I might be able to bring some of my experience from our side of the Atlantic to balance out what you've already got.
