I would love it if there was a section describing jargon. I'm not sure if this is the right word, but something listing what is Raita, or what is couscous, a remoulade, "a la meuniere", tzatziki. I'm trying to teach myself these different things but I dont even know what to call them. Any help would be appreciated. If there is a website for this already I would love to be directed there.
