Method
- Mix together, stirring well
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving to improve the flavour

Variations
Substitute the water with white wine vinegar, malt vinegar, beer or liquidised red pepper for the water for various flavoured mustards. For more variations add any of cumin, turmeric, chili, cooked sweetened sloe, etc.
