GTS/ГТС stands for ‘Garantiran Traditsionen Spetsialitet (Гарантиран Традиционен Специалитет)’ which in the UK we know as 'Traditional Speciality Guaranteed' (TSG). Under the EU agricultural product quality policy, it "highlights traditional character, either in the composition or means of production".
