Talk:Seasons

From Cookipedia

A table with months as columns and ingredients (i.e. fruit, vegetables, fish or seafood and meat) as rows would probably be a better way to represent when each ingredient is at its best (i.e. in season) in UK. The cell of the table could be filled with a colour to represent if an ingredient is in season. Alternative, we could use a table with just four rows: fruit, vegetable, seafood and meat; and list all the ingredients which are in season for a specific month (always represented by a column). Whatever you think is best / easiest.

I would look for a solution that can export the data from one source (a spreadsheet possibly) that can be held as a Medi file on this wiki. Much easier to update than awful wiki-format tables.

Do bear in mind though that the UK is slightly more than 50% of our traffic - the remainder is equally distributed from (mainly) English speaking continents and countries.
