Experiment: To 2 x 140 g slamon fillets for marinade:
4 tablespoons Pearl River Bridge dark soy
1 and a bit tbps Aspall cider vinegar (organic) - overfilled the spoon
1 teaspoon ordinary clear honey
Lots of grinds black pepper
3 cloves garlic, crushed.
Shake up in jar an pour over salmon in bowl. Now in fridge.
