Could you at least tell me whether all Old Amsterdam cheeses are aged at least 12 months? I believe not, I believe that most Old Amsterdam are not aged that much, not even 9 months. Please give me some piece of information.

More info re this cheese

I do not know why cheese producers can be such a pain. Surely they should at least give information about how long their cheese is matured for? Anyway, the Old Amsterdam sold by Teddington Cheese is 18 months. --JuliaBalbilla 08:47, 21 December 2011 (GMT)
