I'd like to say that chilaquiles as ugly as they look they're very delicious.

And I want to say that Epazote leaves are much better if you cook them with the tortillas and the sauce not with the sauce itself. And they can be served also with a steak.

Chilaquiles can be ugly if the person who serves them is not very keen at it. I recommend using a spatula, to cut the slice first and then take it from the bottom of the pan and serve it carefully. Chilaquiles are delicious in deed.
