Another new toy, eh? I had a similar problem when I ordered a new freezer a couple of weeks back. The name on my card is TITLE, INITIAL, SURNAME, but again, no space for TITLE. When I included both TITLE and INITIALS in the FIRST NAME box, it worked, having previously been declined when the TITLE was not used. It is a pain.
