Smoked salmon and lime parcels

Annie made this for me as a nice surprise dinner, served with special potato salad. Even with the limes, it kept the subtle flavour of the smoked salmon
Ingredients

- 2 Smoked salmon steaks - about 75g each from memory
- 2 lime, each cut into 6 slices
Mise en place
- Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F - gas 4)
Method
- Check for any remaining pin-bones and remove with [[tweezers]]
- Sit the salmon on sheets of lightly oiled tin-foil
- Arrange the limes on top
- Loosely wrap into parcels
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Rest for 5 minutes
Serving suggestions
Serve with special potato salad
