Annie made this for me as a nice surprise dinner, served with special potato salad. Even with the limes, it kept the subtle flavour of the smoked salmon

Mise en place

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F - gas 4)

Method

  1. Check for any remaining pin-bones and remove with [[tweezers]]
  2. Sit the salmon on sheets of lightly oiled tin-foil
  3. Arrange the limes on top
  4. Loosely wrap into parcels
  5. Bake for 20 minutes
  6. Rest for 5 minutes
