Schloss Orth cheese
- Schloss Orth is from the southern part of Upper Austria. Orth Castle is the emblem of the Salzkammergut region and thus also closely linked to the cheese-making tradition in the region which goes back centuries. Orth Castle has become particularly well known through the Austrian TV series “Schlosshotel Orth”, the most successful German-language series ever.
