Salsa a las Finas Hierbas (Fines Herbes Sauce) (TM)
This is a translation of a recipe in Salsas y Aliños con Thermomix (Susaeta Ediciones)
- 1 cooked egg yolk
- ½ onion
- 1 small handful of fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
- ½ tablespoon fresh tarragon
- 100g olive oil
- 25g Balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper
- Peel the onion, cut it and put it together with the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.
- Blend 1 minute / Speed 3 then for a further minute, gradually increasing from Speed 3-10.
- Keep in the fridge.
