Robeola is a mixed milk cheese from Brisighella in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Made with goats' milk (50%), ewes' milk (25%) and buffalo milk (25%), it has a round shape with a rind resembling wrinkled orange peel, which is white, marbled with grey and pink. It has a tangy sweet taste with an aftertaste of sweet milk. It is produced from June to October.
