Ingredients

  • 1 red skinned apple
  • 1 small stick celery
  • 60 g Philadelphia Extra Light
  • 4 water biscuits

Method

  1. Slice half the apple (removing the core) and chop the other half into small dice. Slice the celery.
  2. Mix the Philadelphia with the chopped apple and celery and arrange the sliced apple on top of the water biscuits.
  3. Place the Philadelphia mixture on top of the apple slices and stack one biscuit on top of the other, serve immediately.
