Caprice des dieux is an industrial, soft, pasteurised cows' milk cheese with a soft, bloomy rind, a supple texture and with added cream. It is produced by the Bongrain Grop in the Champagne-Ardennes region of France and was created in 1956. It is also available in individual portions (Mini Caprice) or as a fresh cheese (Caprice des anges).
