I had to check the exif data on this pic to check these weren't the ones you made at the course!

They look fab.

Apples gives me 10/10 and they did turn out even better than the ones on the course, in spite of the lack of techie equipment here. I think the difference was that on the course, for this particular batch of dough, we had to use dried yeast, but I find that fresh yeast works better and that is what I used today.
