Crémerin cheese

Crémerin is a mould ripened, cows' milk cheese produced by Coeur de Lion. It has a creamy interior, subtle flavour and a bloomy, ivory rind which is so thin that you would not notice it in the mouth.

The cheese is also available in a low fat version and there is a variety with added herbs.
