The Terms of Service are simple -Please don't spam this Wiki!

So I can determine normal users from low-life-spammers, please add a short note to the Request Account form letting me know what you want to add to Cookipedia.

I apologise for having to add this rather cumbersome step. Too many registrations were from spammers. (Special:BlockList)
