Chaucer's Choice cheese
- Chaucer's Choice is made with fresh pasteurised cows milk from a local herd of British Fresians grazing just below the Wye Downs. This Camembert inspired cheese is named after the Poet Geoffrey Chaucer who was a Justice of the Peace for the county of Kent in 1385.
