An Indian seasoning for salads, bhajis and pakoras. Don't be put off by the smell!
- 4 teaspoons mango powder
- 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds, roasted and finely ground
- 2 teaspoons black salt powder
- 1 teaspoon asafoetida
- Mix all the ingredients well and store in an airtight container.
Black salt powder can be bought from most Indian shops.
