Good morning, hard worker! I have just been clearing out vandalised pages and general admin, now I can start work again. Friday is my day of rest so I am going to be making pickles and tapas today! Enjoying the book - soem good music last night, a few beers and lots of scribbling. Great!

Morning. Made some Ajo Blanco last night so when it gets light I will photograph it. Would be interested to know which tapas you make and whether you enjoy them. --JuliaBalbilla 05:23, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

The book is downstairs, but I thought the chicken wings in garlic, an, as yet undecided dip and to go with that, yesterdays onion and garlic bread and maybe one more. We have a camper van and have spent about 10+ summers in the French Basque region(surfing/windsurfing) so it was neat to read of those areas in the book. BYW do you have a Skype or MSN account? You could try alioli for a dip (I have yet to succeed in making it the traditional Catalan way and always end up adding an egg yolk). Matilda uses Skype and MSN so I'll get her to set me up with an account with one or other of them. She'll probably be up in about an hour.

That's a grand idea, and the girls, (cluck!), will provide endless eggs for disaster recovery. Skype is favourite [I'm jerry.pank], I have MSN but don't use it.
