Method

  1. Peel and cut the onions.
  2. Place them in the bowl and chop 4 seconds / Speed 4.
  3. Add the oil and butter.
  4. Put the butterfly on the blades.
  5. Cook 10 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1.
  6. Next, add the wine, salt, pepper, cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Cook for a further 25 minutes / 100° / Speed 1.
