An unforgettable Sunday afternoon of jazz at the Upwell Jazz Club with Bruce Adams [horns] and Alan Barnes [clarinets and saxophone], supported by a stellar lineup: Dave Newton [keyboards], Arnie Somogyi [double bass], and Matt Fishwick [drums].

Bruce's playing was nothing short of extraordinary, complemented by his signature Glaswegian wit. Fellow Scot Dave Newton dazzled on the piano, showcasing the remarkable synergy he's developed with Alan Barnes over 40 years of collaboration.

Matt Fishwick impressed with his dynamic drumming, particularly on the Latin-inspired pieces, while Arnie Somogyi's understated yet masterful double bass work added depth to the performance.

What an absolute privilege to host these jazz legends in our little village!
