• 1 sprig of lavender
• 1 sprig of summer savory
• 1 sprig of myrtle

Version 2

• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 1 sprig of oregano
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 garlic clove, bruised

Version 3

• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 1 sprig of marjoram
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 spring onion, bruised

Version 4

• 1 sprig of lemon thyme
• 1 sprig of mint
• 1 sprig of parsley

Method

1. Tie the ingredients with kitchen string or wrap in a piece of muslin. Remove before serving and discard.
