Ají Panca chilli peppers

Ají Panca, Peruvian red pepper, is a variety of Capsicum chinense (a chili pepper) grown in Peru and used in Peruvian cuisine.

Similar looking to ají Amarillo, it is a relatively mild chili pepper, scoring 500 on the Scoville heat scale.

In the UK it is generally sold as a dried chili.
