Meat cooking time calculator

How it works
Select the meat type and the weight of the bird or joint and, optionally, add the time you would like to carve/serve the meat and the timings will be calculated and a cooking schedule created.
Enter the weight in either metric (kg) or imperial (lb oz) using the format: n.n or n.nn ONLY (eg: 2.5 or 2.50). Imperial values will be converted to metric for calculation purposes.
Enter the carving/serving time in 24 hour format as hh:mm ONLY.
Data entered in any other format is likely to give invalid results.
