Meat cooking time calculator

How it works
Select the meat type and the weight of the bird or joint and, optionally, add the time you would like to carve the meat and the timings will be calculated and a cooking schedule created.
Enter the weight in kg as n.n or n.nn ONLY (eg: 2.5 or 2.50)
Enter the carving time in 24 hour format as hh:mm ONLY.
Data entered in any other format is likely to give invalid results.
