| In a large pan, [[Fry|fry]] the [[Bacon|bacon]] until crisp
| Remove from the pan and reserve
| [[Brown]] the [[Rabbit|rabbit]] on both sides
| Pour the hot [[Stock|stock]] over the [[Rabbit|rabbit]]
| Cover, and cook over a medium heat until the [[Rabbit|rabbit]] is tender - about 45 minutes
| Remove the [[Rabbit|rabbit]] and wrap in [[Foil|foil]] to keep warm
| Stir the [[Flour|flour]] and a little [[Salt|salt]] into the [[Cream|cream]]
| Gradually stir the [[Cream|cream]] into the pan liquid
| Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
| Stir in the [[Redcurrant jelly|redcurrant jelly]] until melted
| Add the [[Bacon|bacon]] and pour over the [[Rabbit|rabbit]] pieces which have been arranged in a serving dish
